The remaining balance is due within 7 days of installation completion. We accept payment via:
- Credit/debit card (processed through Stripe)
- Check or cash

Deposits & Refunds
Deposit Refunds:
Deposits are generally non-refundable once we've scheduled your installation and allocated resources. However, we will provide a full refund if:
- We cannot complete the job at the quoted price due to our error
- We determine we cannot safely or legally complete the installation
- We cancel or fail to perform the agreed-upon services
Deposit Forfeiture:
You may forfeit your deposit if:
- You cancel after we've scheduled the installation
- You fail to provide reasonable access to the property
- You misrepresent site conditions that materially affect the quote
- You create an unsafe or hostile working environment
We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to find a reasonable solution.
Price Changes & Change Orders
Our goal is to provide accurate quotes upfront. However, the final price may differ from the initial quote in the following situations:
When Prices May Increase:
- Panel Issues: Your electrical panel requires upgrades, repairs, or doesn't meet current code requirements
- Load Calculation Problems: Your electrical system doesn't have sufficient capacity for the charger
- Wire Run Length: Wire runs exceed 30 feet from the panel to the charger location
- Hidden Obstacles: Unforeseen structural issues, asbestos, or other hazards discovered during installation
- Code Changes: Existing electrical work doesn't meet current code and must be brought up to standard
- Scope Changes: You request additional work or upgrades beyond the original package
- Site Conditions: Unsafe working conditions, difficult access, or other unexpected site challenges
Change Orders:
If you request changes to the original scope of work, we'll provide a written change order with updated pricing. Work will not proceed on changes until you approve the change order in writing.
